Kevin Healey
Vice President
Kevin joined Precision in May of 2010. His focus is retail leasing and investment sales in Center City, Philadelphia. In May of 2018, Kevin was named Partner at PRG.
To date some of Kevin’s clients include PMC Property Group, Dranoff Properties, Kushner Companies, Alterra Property Group, PRDC, Pearl Properties, Blackstone, Reinhold Residential, Atrium Development, Kennedy Wilson, and Lasalle Hotel Properties.
Some of Kevin’s select retail clients include Sprint, 5.11 Tactical, Identogo, AFC Urgent Care, For Eyes, Snap Kitchen, Woodspring Suites, Golftec, Sobol, Relentless Fitness, IndeBlue Restaurant, Kids Smiles, and Smoothie King.
Kevin is a native of Woodbury, New Jersey and a proud graduate of St. Augustine Prep in Richland, New Jersey. He went on to attend Villanova University where he was a 3 year starting goaltender for the Villanova Ice Hockey team and served as the President of Villanova’s Real Estate Society. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys golfing, time with friends & family, traveling, and spending summers down the shore. Kevin currently resides in South Philadelphia with his wife Ali and their dog Georgia.
Kevin is an active supporter of the Be The Match Bone Marrow Foundation and Andy Talley Bone Marrow Foundation. In September of 2013, Kevin was determined a perfect match for a person in need and donated his bone marrow shortly after.
