Alyssa is a dynamic Operations Leader at Tri State Commercial, where she oversees day-to-day operations and leads the administrative team that supports the firm’s brokerage and marketing divisions. She plays a key role in optimizing workflows, strengthening internal systems, and ensuring the company operates efficiently across all facets of the commercial real estate process.

With a degree in Marketing and a minor in Media & Culture from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Alyssa combines strategic insight with a collaborative, people-centered approach to leadership. Her focus on structure, communication, and accountability helps drive the company’s continued growth and success in New York’s competitive commercial real estate market.

Alyssa brings the same energy and organization she applies at work to her life outside the office, where she enjoys music, traveling, and spending time with her two Pomeranians, Cleo and Winnie.
