Gvantsa Giorgadze

Gvantsa is the Office & Billing Manager at Tri State Commercial Realty, where she ensures the office runs efficiently and supports brokers and staff with both administrative and financial operations. She oversees billing, invoice preparation, account reconciliations, commission splits, and vendor management, while implementing company policies and maintaining smooth internal communications. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive approach make her a key part of the team’s success.

A graduate of the European University in Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Diplomacy, Gvantsa is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration at the University of North America in the U.S. She brings the same dedication and strategic thinking from her studies to her role at Tri State Commercial Realty. Outside of work, Gvantsa enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending time with friends and family, infusing her professional life with curiosity, energy, and a collaborative spirit.
