Rina Rexhepi

Rina Rexhepi brings a strong foundation in business knowledge and a people-first approach to her work in real estate. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Brooklyn College, where she developed the strategic, financial, and organizational skills that now guide her in helping clients make confident property decisions.

Before entering real estate, Rina spent 15 years in the service and hospitality industry, an experience that shaped her exceptional communication, problem-solving, and client care abilities. Working closely with diverse individuals in fast-paced environments taught her how to anticipate needs, remain detail-oriented under pressure, and deliver consistently positive experiences—skills that translate seamlessly into negotiating deals, managing transactions, and supporting clients through every step of the real estate process.

Fluent in both Albanian and English, Rina is proud to serve a broad community with clarity, trust, and cultural understanding. She is committed to building lasting relationships and ensuring that every client feels informed, supported, and confident from the first conversation to the closing table.
