Richard Babeck

Richard Babeck is the Vice President of Tri State Commercial Realty, where his primary area of focus is the Queens market. In this role, Mr. Babeck—a seasoned real estate broker—focuses on sourcing talent and serves as a coach and advisor to junior agents, helping accelerate their professional growth.

He began his real estate career at Keller Williams in Midtown Manhattan. During his time there, he gained extensive experience in professional development and training, as the company placed a strong emphasis on both. It was there that his passion for facilitating growth and helping agents achieve maximum results was ignited.

Prior to entering real estate full-time, Mr. Babeck was involved in the business development side of technology start-ups, having founded and successfully sold a company of his own. He also participated in several innovative ventures, which gave him a deep understanding of how critical the right talent is to a company’s success.

Mr. Babeck holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hunter College, City University of New York, and a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. He also holds a New York State Associate Broker’s license. An avid follower of life and productivity coaches such as Simon Sinek and Tony Robbins, Mr. Babeck is continually seeking his next great read on leadership and business development strategies.
