We are proud to announce that Marlow Events will be occupying the seventh floor of 295 Front Street in Vinegar Hill, complete with a stunning rooftop event hall and a 3,000 sq ft wraparound outdoor deck. 🎉
This expansive 10,000 sq ft space will provide the perfect backdrop for unforgettable weddings, parties, and corporate events. Tarlow’s company will also be constructing a state-of-the-art 2,500 sq ft commercial kitchen in the building’s basement, elevating their capabilities even further. 🍽️
We are thrilled to have played a key role in this momentous project, brokering a 15-year lease with an asking rent of $70 per sq ft. Tri State Commercial Realty’s Chandler Slate and Eddie Keda represented the landlord for 295 Front. The building’s exceptional design, which earned a nomination for a design award, was a major factor in attracting Tarlow to this prime location. We leased the 4th and 5th floors of the building to Ember Charter schools, and still have the ground, 2nd, 3rd, and 6th floors available. Stay tuned for updates as Marlow Events plans to open its doors this fall, following the relocation of their kitchen and event space from Red Hook.
