Michael Elkharrat is a born and raised Brooklynite from the Gravesend neighborhood. Michael began his real estate career with Brooklyn developers, RedHoek+ Partners in 2020. While learning invaluable information in construction and development, Michael found his passion in the art of the deal and decided to transition into commercial leasing.

Michael started learning the streets of Brooklyn from a Boutique Brokerage in Brooklyn, before making his way to Kassin Sabbagh Realty in Manhattan. Drawing from his diverse experiences, Michael seamlessly blends the personal touch of a small brokerage attitude with the tenacity and finesse of a powerhouse deal-maker.

Michael came into Tri State Commercial in June 2023 as a Director with a focus on Park Slope, Downtown Brooklyn, Astoria and LIC along with the rest of Brooklyn
