The Real Deal ranks the top retail brokerages in an article, “Top Retail Brokerages in NYC”.

Starting with Manhattan retail, RKF and Cushman & Wakefield rank at the top two spots for most retail leased in Manhattan.

As for Brooklyn, Ripco clocks in at No. 1 with 388,616 RSF and 57 deals.

Meanwhile, Tri State Commercial Realty clocks in at No. 2 with 156,725 RSF and 87 deals in total!
