Mr. Lyons is the Partner and CEO of Precision Realty Group, LLC a full service commercial real estate brokerage and investment firm, with offices in Philadelphia, Delaware, New Jersey and Radnor PA.

Mr. Lyons has 12 years of commercial real estate experience and has participated in investment sales totaling over $500 Million and leasing efforts over 5 Million square feet of office, apartments, retail, land, single asset and portfolio projects throughout the United States.

Mr. Lyons is responsible for the origination, strategic marketing, structure, and financial analysis, investment advisor, asset management for domestic and offshore owners and investors. Mr. Lyons specializes in real estate acquisitions and landlord representation on behalf of publicly traded institutions, hedge funds, and private developer’s.

In 2007, Mr. Lyons was honored by the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce as a recipient of the highly coveted “40 under 40”, for his success in opening the fastest growing real estate company in Pennsylvania. During his efforts he represented a national urban development fund that acquired 14 core urban mixed use properties located in Philadelphia Pa., Boston Ma., and Chicago IL. Mr. Lyons was named a 2008 Costar Power Broker, a truly prestigious honor whose recipients lead their prospective markets in total transactions completed in a calendar year.

Prior to forming Precision Realty Group, Mr. Lyons was vice president of acquisitions for Wolfington Companies. In this capacity, he was involved in the origination, structure, and placement of Trust fund investment sales, equity placement and securitized real estate investment.Previously, Mr. Lyons was the vice president of Binswanger, an international real estate brokerage firm, located in Philadelphia. He was involved in the placement in excess of $30 Million of new business for the company.

Mr. Lyons is also active in the community with a strong focus on the Andy Talley Bone Marrow Drive and The Gift of Life Foundation.

Mr. Lyons is an Adjunct Professor at the School of Business at Villanova University. He teaches at The Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate. His students placed 1st at the 5th Annual Cornell Real Estate Challenge (2013/2014) and were awarded a $10,000 cash prize. In 2013 his students placed 2nd in the USC International Real Estate Case Competition that took place at the Marshall School of Business at the University Southern California (USC). Mr. Lyons holds a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and finalized his real estate licensing at Temple University Real Estate Institute.

Mr. Lyons and his wife, Julie raise their two boys, Wyatt and Bryce in the Philadelphia suburbs.
