With over two decades of experience spanning distribution, retail, wholesale, and commercial real estate, Ms. Fescine has built a versatile and accomplished career specializing in the hospitality and retail sectors, with a strong focus on food & beverage concepts.

Her leadership background includes serving as SOM of the Men’s Division at Century 21 Department Stores Distribution Center, Retail General Manager for the Wildlife Conservation Society’s iconic venues—including the New York Aquarium, Central Park Zoo, the FAO Schwarz flagship kiosk, and the Bronx Zoo—and Showroom Manager for Giorgio Cosani, Inc., overseeing operations on both coasts. As an entrepreneur, she founded Sweet Joy Inc., a café and bakery, and Bombshell Cell Inc., a high-end salon studio.

Ms. Fescine’s expertise in manpower planning, inventory control, quality improvement, and sales has cultivated a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics. In her current role as a Hospitality & Retail Specialist with Tri State Commercial Realty, she leverages her extensive hospitality network and industry insight to curate and position restaurant operators, hospitality groups, bar concepts, and retailers for long-term success.

She works closely with national and corporate franchises, private restaurant groups, mom-and-pop operators, and emerging culinary concepts—adding value by identifying prime market opportunities and aligning brands with the communities they serve.
