Tri State Commercial Realty is featured in the New York Business Journal article Exclusive: JCS Realty taps Tri-State Commercial Realty to lease Mott Haven ground floor retail space.
“We’re partnering with neighborhood pioneers like JCS Realty to plan and design their retail operations in the pre-development stages,” Tri-State Commercial Realty’s Dov Bleich told the New York Business Journal.
The 13,000-square-foot site, located at 40 Bruckner Blvd. in the Mott Haven neighborhood, will be on the ground floor of 40 Bruckner, a new mixed-use development that will span roughly 200 units and aims to be completed over the next 18 months. Asking rent is $60 per square foot. Prospective tenants for the space, Bleich says, include restaurant and bar concepts, supermarkets, and top-quality food and beverage retailers.
