Tri State Commercial Realty is featured in the New York Business Journal article Exclusive: Advanced Dental is coming to the South Bronx.

Advanced Dental will open in the South Bronx in six months.
The 3,000-square-foot space is located at 310 Grand Concourse in Mott Haven. The lease is for 10 years and asking rent was $62 per square foot.

Tri State Commercial Realty’s Dov Bleich and Zack Setton represented the dentist and the landlord.
“We are continuously working to bring the everyday necessities to the new residents of Mott Haven,” Bleich said. “It should have its own services — food, medical, educational and pharmaceutical.”
There’s a 4,000-square-foot retail space available at the property that has an asking rent of $65 per square foot.
The individuals behind this venture also own Advanced Bronx Dental.
