Colin Godwin believes in a consultative approach to commercial real estate leasing and sales, getting a solid understanding of the client’s wants and needs to ensure they are addressed to the mutual satisfaction of all parties involved. He brings a wealth of experience in office furniture sales and office leasing from his time with Manhattan-based firms.
He is making full use of the technology, tools and training provided by Tri State, to get to know the Brooklyn, Bronx, and Harlem markets to ensure he is comfortable therein and able to present clients with the best possible solutions.
When not working with clients on their next real estate opportunity, he can often be found at a networking event, or in the theatre, although, these days, more often as an audience member instead of a performer.
