Aside from Mr. Bagdadi’s 12 years experience in real estate, he prepared thoroughly for this lecture in order to provide the best and informative lesson for these students. Mr. Bagdadi generously provides detailed knowledge about real estate to any agent he encounters; and continued to depict that enthusiasm to the 25 aspiring agents in the process of receiving their real estate license at the Brooklyn School of Real Estate.

At the beginning of Mr. Bagdadi’s session, he asked all that were in attendance, how many of them were interested in pursuing a career in commercial real estate oppose to residential and only one person raised his hand. By the end of two and a half hours, 15 attendees expressed their interest and excitement about possibly joining the commercial real estate world and specifically inquired about how to join Tri State Commercial^® Realty.
