Arvut Homecare signs lease for first Manhattan Office

Tri State Commercial Realty is featured in the New York Bussines Journal article Arvut Homecare signs lease for first Manhattan Office.

The 6,000-square-foot space, located at 75 W. 125th St., will occupy the entire second floor of the building. Asking rent was $45 per square foot.

Tri-State Commercial Realty’s Dov Bleich and Daniel Sharabi represented both the landlord, Gatsby Enterprises, and Arvut Homecare in the deal.

“Arvut is looking to bring better quality services to the Harlem neighborhood,” Bleich said. “They are in a building that has great exposure and is on the best retail block.”

This is one of multiple home care deals Bleich has closed in the past year, including helping Prompt Homecare sign a 10-year lease in the Bronx, as previously reported.

Arvut Homecare provides in-home health care services to individuals residing in the five boroughs as well as in Long Island. Bleich said the Brooklyn-based home health care agency also has offices in Brooklyn.

Arvut Homecare is expected to move into its Manhattan office at 75 W. 125th St. on July 1.

The home health care agency will be housed in a four-story, 28,000-square-foot building that is situated between Fifth and Lenox Avenues.

Known as The Carver Building, 75 W. 125th is home to Carver Federal Savings Bank along with social services organization Lutheran Social Services of New York (LSSNY). The bank occupies the ground-floor of the building while the social services organization is on the third and fourth floors.
