Ely Akiva joined Tri State Commercial in August 2021, as he wanted to embark on his real estate journey at a growing company with amazing culture and people. Prior to joining Tri State, Ely was an intern at Hirshmark Capital for about three months.

Ely specializes in Manhattan leasing where his profound market insight has facilitated successful work with clients such as CBS Studios, Delshah Capital, SW Management, and others. Ely’s commitment, experience, and market knowledge position him as a prominent professional in the realm of real estate.

Outside of real estate, Ely is a dedicated student at Brooklyn College, where he is pursuing a dual major in Business Management and Psychology. In his free time, Ely enjoys playing basketball, fitness, and hanging out with friends.
