Tri State Commercial Realty is featured in the New York Business Journal article VillageCare to open first Bronx location.
VillageCare, a New York-based health care company, is opening its first Bronx location in the next couple of months.
The 1,000-square-foot-space, located at 798 Southern Blvd. in Longwood, is on the ground floor of the building. The lease is for 10 years. Asking rent was $75 per square foot.
Tri-State Commercial Realty’s Dov Bleich and Daniel Sharabi represented the landlord, Emerest Health, and VillageCare in the deal.
“There’s a lack of health care in the area,” Bleich said. “It is a strategic location because it is situated right next to the subway station.”…
