Walker Harrison

Born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, Walker Harrison’s education in commercial real estate began long before his professional career. Learning the business alongside his father, a veteran commercial broker, Walker spent his formative years driving to development sites across the Southeast, absorbing the fundamentals of development and deal-making.

Now a Brooklyn resident of ten years, Walker has established deep roots in the community through his extensive experience in the service industry. Having bartended across the borough, he brings unique insight into restaurant and bar operations, understanding not just the spaces his clients need, but the businesses and community they’re building. This experience gives him an intimate knowledge of Brooklyn’s evolving neighborhoods and the entrepreneurs shaping them.

Outside of the office, Walker is an avid whitewater kayaker and stays active in local soccer and basketball leagues. Despite his Tennessee roots, he has successfully converted into a dedicated New York Giants fan. At home, he reports to his most demanding supervisor: his cat, Smokey.
