Sisters, Linette Beckles, and Tracy Agarrat, originally planned on opening a clothing store. However, after Beckles was awed by a burger she tried in the Port of Spain; she returned home with a dedication of selling burgers made the “Trini way.”
There are a variety of West Indian eatery’s serving roti, rice, and peas but a scarce few offering burgers or even featuring “shark” on the menu.
