Pearl Pattarin is a seasoned real estate professional with a diverse international and financial background. Originally from Thailand, Pearl earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Economics before beginning her career at one of Asia’s leading banks, where she worked in strategy and management. Her strong analytical foundation, combined with extensive sales experience, has helped her become a top producer at previous firms and a trusted advisor in the real estate industry.
In addition to her brokerage experience, Pearl brings firsthand knowledge as an owner, operator, and investor in multifamily properties, giving her a well-rounded perspective on acquisitions, operations, and long-term asset value. Having lived in New York City, Thailand, Honolulu, and throughout California, Pearl combines a global mindset with a deep appreciation for relationship-driven business and market expertise.
Outside of real estate, Pearl is passionate about fitness, golf, and yoga, and enjoys spending time in some of her favorite cities including New York City, San Diego, La Jolla, and Honolulu.
