Professional Experience
Nelson Peck is an Associate at Tri State Commercial Realty, where he advises landlords, investors, and tenants across New York City’s commercial real estate market. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, concentrating in Real Estate.
Prior to joining Tri State Commercial Realty, Nelson spent more than five years with an established New York brokerage, representing buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the market. His experience includes multi-family sales, property valuation, investment analysis, underwriting, negotiations, and managing transactions from initial consultation through closing. This background gave him a strong foundation in New York real estate and a firsthand understanding of the relationships, market knowledge, and attention to detail required to successfully navigate complex transactions.
Nelson’s transition into commercial real estate reflects his long-standing interest in real estate investment and the broader opportunities within New York’s commercial market. At Tri State Commercial Realty, he brings his previous experience and analytical background to commercial assignments, with a focus on understanding his clients’ objectives, evaluating opportunities, and providing thoughtful, data-driven guidance throughout the transaction process.
Outside of real estate, Nelson has a strong passion for fitness and bodybuilding. He enjoys training, staying active, and helping others reach their fitness goals. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends and continuing to expand his knowledge of real estate, investing, and the New York market.
