Mason Paul is a Brooklyn-based real estate advisor specializing in multifamily investment properties, townhouses, mixed-use assets, and residential sales throughout New York City. Having lived in Brooklyn since 2016, Mason has developed deep market knowledge across Prospect Heights, Park Slope, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Bed-Stuy, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Prior to joining Tri State Commercial Realty as a Director, Mason was the top producer of one of the top brokerage teams in New York City, where he advised buyers, sellers, and investors on transactions ranging from first-time home purchases to luxury cooperatives, condominiums, and investment properties throughout New York City. Known for his honest and direct approach, Mason built a reputation for providing thoughtful guidance and strong negotiation. His experience spans valuation, marketing strategy, investment analysis, deal execution, and navigating complex transactions from contract to closing.
During his real estate career, Mason ranked among the top 1% of leasing agents in New York City based on transaction and rental volume. In late 2024, he transitioned into the commercial sector, leading acquisitions for a development firm focused on multifamily buildings and development sites. This experience provided him with hands-on expertise in underwriting, debt financing, pro forma analysis, and value-add investment strategies, allowing him to evaluate opportunities through both a brokerage and ownership perspective.
Mason combines a data-driven approach with extensive local market knowledge to help clients maximize value and make informed decisions. His focus is on identifying opportunities, creating competitive marketing campaigns, and delivering transparent advice throughout the transaction process.
In addition to his brokerage career, Mason actively invests in real estate and evaluates multifamily acquisition opportunities across multiple markets, providing clients with an owner-investor perspective on underwriting, value creation, and long-term asset performance.
