Professional Experience
Andrea is a commercial real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning public-sector real estate, transportation infrastructure, and private development throughout the New York metropolitan area. With a strong background in architecture and urban development, she brings a strategic and solutions-driven approach to complex real estate assignments, particularly those involving public-private partnerships, transit-oriented development, and infrastructure-related assets.
Prior to entering brokerage, Andrea worked on the real estate team at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, where she was involved in managing and evaluating real estate opportunities connected to one of the nation’s largest transportation systems. Her experience working alongside government agencies, municipalities, and private stakeholders gives her unique insight into navigating entitlement processes, public-sector negotiations, and large-scale development initiatives.
Andrea has experience across office, retail, industrial, and development-site transactions, advising both public and private clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic real estate opportunities. Her architectural background provides an added advantage in evaluating site potential, space planning, and development feasibility, allowing her to identify value and deliver creative real estate solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. She also serves on the alumni board of NYU Schack, where she remains actively involved in mentoring and supporting the next generation of real estate professionals.
