Alicia Guzzone-Cash specializes in all things Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan. Born and raised in Mill Basin, Brooklyn, she now resides in Cobble Hill. Her dedication to real estate never goes unnoticed, as she thrives in the fast-paced environment and is constantly pushing herself to help her clients achieve all of their goals.
Ms. Guzzone attended Brooklyn College, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science. While she views nutrition more as a hobby, Guzzone knew her true passion was in the real estate market. This came as no surprise, as her grandfather began the family’s tradition of real estate development in Brooklyn, working in areas such as Bergen Beach and Downtown Brooklyn since the 1950s. Having taught his granddaughter everything about property management, development, and real estate sales since childhood, real estate has become second nature to Alicia.
Guzzone specializes in all areas of Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan, with a personal interest in new development and the investment property market. She is extremely personable and down-to-earth, always keeping her clients’ best interests at heart.
