The partnership brings together Creative Office Lofts' established building network, landlord relationships, inventory, marketing presence, and tenant base with Tri State Commercial Realty's larger brokerage infrastructure and team of commercial real estate professionals.

Creative Office Lofts focuses on office lofts, creative workspaces, studios, showrooms, and Class B and C office properties. The platform has grown around a specialized segment of the New York City office market where tenants often look for flexible layouts, character, natural light, and spaces that differ from traditional corporate offices.

Through Tri State, the platform will gain access to additional agents, marketing resources, technology, administrative support, and broader brokerage capabilities. The expanded team is expected to support more property tours, tenant inquiries, landlord assignments, leasing activity, and business development as the platform continues to grow.

For landlords, the partnership is intended to create wider exposure for available spaces and more brokerage coverage across the platform.
