Germans’ Restaurant has signed a lease with Tri State for their first North American location!

The Tri State Commercial team had been approached by the popular Guyanese restaurant company for help finding the perfect location for their first US opening.

TSCR had found them a prime space in 793 Utica!

Germans’ restaurant is a popular restaurant in Guyana and has been running for 57 years and has made a name for itself with its well-known soup line and authentic Guyanese cuisine. This space at 793 Utica, will be the first location of what will become its North American branch, in the Prospect/Lefferts Gardens area in February 2018.

Heres a quote from the owner and General Manager, Clinton Urling  stabroeknews.com:

“We are happy to reach and serve our diaspora customers and to contribute to the export and exposure of Guyanese cuisine and culture to others around the world.  This is intended to be the first of two stores planned to open by the end of 2018,” Urling noted in the release.  The second US branch is being planned for the Richmond Hills, Queens, NY area.”

Thanks to the keen eye of the TSCR Team, Germans’ Restaurant will expect a large turnout once their location opens in February!
